She graduated in 2025 with a Master's degree in Space Activities and Telecommunications Law from Université Paris-Saclay. During her studies, she completed her Master's programme through an apprenticeship, which enabled her to develop practical expertise in export controls, international sanctions, and trade compliance.
Drawing on a background shaped by military experience, Léa has developed a particular interest in the regulatory and strategic challenges facing the defence, aerospace, and dual-use sectors. She is especially interested in the interaction between export control regulations, international sanctions, and geopolitical developments, as well as their impact on international trade and security.
Beyond the legal aspects, Léa is particularly interested in the technical characteristics of controlled goods and technologies and enjoys exploring the engineering and industrial dimensions of the products concerned. Combining this interest in technology with a strong interest in geopolitics, she views export controls and international sanctions as a unique field at the crossroads of law, industry, and international relations. She aims to further strengthen her expertise in these areas and pursue a career as a lawyer specializing in export controls, international sanctions, and international trade compliance.
